01Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Betlah. This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Betlah ("Company", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the betlah.xyz platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. Continued use of the Betlah platform following any amendment will be deemed acceptance of the latest version of the terms.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the Betlah platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Not have been previously banned or restricted by Betlah for any breach of terms.
• Not an agent, employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any Betlah employee.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Betlah reserves the right to verify all information provided at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide truthful information may result in account suspension or closure and the forfeiture of any pending wins.

03User Account

Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) account only on the Betlah platform. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and wins.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your username and password confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that no other party uses your account without authorization.
• Promptly notifying our support team if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Your Betlah account is for personal use only. You are not permitted to transfer, sell, or give your account to any other party.

04Deposits & Withdrawals
